Following the call of God and his desire to help people, Pastor Stephen and a handful of people started Cross Over Church in August of 2000. As Senior and Founding Pastor of Cross Over Church, Pastor Stephen provides teaching, leadership and guidance for the church as a whole. Pastor Stephen speaks at conferences and evangelistic crusades; Pastor Stephen is also the Founder and President of Nourish the Children, a foundation whose vision is to feed hungry and malnourished children around the world in developing countries. He lives in the Houston area and has 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
